Size-Exclusion HPLC for Peptide Aggregates

Principle

Size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) separates molecules by hydrodynamic volume. Larger aggregates elute first; monomers elute later. SEC is the primary method for aggregate quantification in peptide products.
